Dr Louise Connor BSc Msc. C Psychol. Psych. D Chartered Clinical Psychologist, Consultant Clinical Psychologist

Dr Louise Connor brings to our practice her extensive background knowledge of Autistic Spectrum Disorders and Developmental Disorders for which assessment, diagnosis and interventions are carried out with children, adolescents and adults.
Assessments include psychometric assessment regarding learning and specific cognitive difficulties, psychological assessment leading to formulation of difficulties and diagnostic assessments of autistic spectrum disorders.
Interventions include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapyand related approaches, for individuals, couples, families and schools. Teaching and training are also provided.

Dr Emma Hewson - D. Clin. Psychol. is a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist who is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society.
Dr Hewson is employed by the Parenting and Child Service at Great Ormond Street Hospital and she is a specialist in child and adolescent mental health - with significant experience of working with adults in NHS primary care settings.
Dr Hewson holds her private practice sessions at St John's Health Centre, Hermitage Road, Woking. She providess psychological assessments and therapy for individuals (adult and child), families and couples presenting with a range of emotional, behavioural and relationship difficulties. She also offers support and advice to parents around behavioural management and child psychological problems - and in particular around issues related to the impact on the child of parental separation, divorce or family discord.
Dr Hewson has a clinical interest in relationship difficulties, anxiety disorders and complex and acute trauma. She is trained and experienced in using a range of therapeutic models including cognitive behavioural therapy, systemic family therapy, narrative therapy and brief psychodynamic therapy and she tailors her approach to suit each individual.
In addition, Dr Hewson has extensive clinical involvement with Looked-After Children, providing assessments of attachment for local authorities and consultations for foster carers and the other professionals involved in their care
